QuantumCore Technologies (“QuantumCore,” “we,” “us”) operates qcoretech.com. This policy describes information collected through this website.

What we collect

When you use a Contact form, we collect the fields you submit (typically name, email, organization or firm, optional message and related details) plus technical metadata needed to operate the form (for example time of submission and IP address used for abuse prevention). The public Contact form is hosted by Fillout (a third-party processor); submissions are also emailed to our founders inbox.

Why we use it

We use that information to respond to your inquiry, route it to the right internal mailbox, send an acknowledgment when delivery succeeds, and protect the site against spam and abuse. We do not sell your information, and we do not use advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

Where it goes

Form submissions are processed by Fillout and delivered by email to founders@qcoretech.com. The path you choose in the form (Partner, Investors, Early access, Careers, or Other) is included in the message so we know how to respond. We do not place contact-form data in public pages. See Fillout’s own privacy policy for how they process form data as a service provider.

Cookies and local storage

This site does not use third-party advertising cookies. Your browser may store a theme preference in localStorage so light/dark mode persists. That preference never leaves your device through our forms.

Retention and requests

We keep inquiry email as long as reasonably needed to respond and run the business relationship you requested. To ask about access or deletion of information you submitted via a form, email info@qcoretech.com from the address you used.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site and to submit information through our forms. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
